Postcards
In the bag, on the seat, with the invoice. Your customer scans it that night, when they've actually got time.
Design included. You pay for printing.
You'll never catch every customer at the counter.
Some are in a hurry. Some are holding their keys with someone waiting behind them. The tap card gets the ones who'll do it on the spot, and this is how you reach the rest.
Send them home with a second chance.
The card goes in the bag, with the invoice, or on the seat of the car. Later, sitting down with nothing else going on, the ask is still sitting there in front of them.
The two work together. The tap card catches the ones who'll do it there and then. The postcard catches everyone else.
Your side of it
Your name, your colours, and something worth hanging on to. A deal for next time, a discount code, your opening hours, a service reminder, whatever brings people back. That's what stops the card going straight in the bin.
And on the same card
They point their camera at it and your Google review page opens. No app, no typing, no searching for your business.
I can see how many people scan it.
The code runs through Word Around, so your monthly summary tells you how many scans the cards got. If your Google page ever changes, I point the code at the new one and the printed cards keep working.
Wherever your customer already takes something home.
In the bag with the order, or under the lid of the tray.
On the seat with the keys, or stapled to the invoice. Write the next service date on it in pen and it lives in the glovebox for six months.
Handed over at the counter with the next booking written on the front.
Dropped in the bag at the register, same as a receipt.
The design is free with Word Around.
I design it for your business, and you approve it before anything is printed. On its own, without a subscription, a custom postcard design is $329.

No. Anyone can order postcards. A custom design is $329 on its own. On Word Around your first design is free, and any redesign after that is $129 instead of $329.
Yes, and most shops should. It gives people a reason to keep the card. The one rule is that the offer can't be tied to leaving a review, because Google bans paying for reviews in any form. The offer stands on its own, the review ask stands on its own, and nothing on the card ties one to the other.
You'll see a design within a couple of days. Once you approve it, printing and delivery is usually about a week.
Yes. Send me your logo and I'll match your colours. If you haven't got a logo, I'll make the card look like your shop instead.
The cards you've paid for keep working. I point the code straight at your Google review page, so every card already out there still does its job. You just stop getting the scan numbers.
Ring me and tell me what your shop does. I'll send you a design to look at before you pay for anything.
